Nasus Croma has disappeared

I bought the Nasus Croma when it came out but a week or two later it stopped showing up for me. I either want a refund or my Nasus Croma. I'd prefer the Croma.

Hey Ring of Zhonya,

Is it not appearing in champion select in any queue, or is it not showing when in Team Builder? Are you never seeing it, or does it only appear sometimes?

It lets me use my cromas now. Nasus
