Champion concept: Nirsa, the Unbreakable
"Either you die a hero; or see yourself become useless!"
Basic concept: Nirsa is a fearless Yordle veteran, who abuses her abilities to maximum to take enemy health bars to minimum.
Abilities:
Nirsa is a hybrid-range champion thanks to her abilities.
Passive – Unbreakable For each ability on cooldown, Nirsa gains bonus armor.
Q – Shredding shot (medium cooldown) Passive: Nirsa has 450 range while this ability is not on cooldown. Active: Nirsa fires a special shell from her spear-gun, breaking it and dealing true damage to the first enemy it hits, as well as shredding down the enemy's armor.
W – Buffer tank (medium cooldown on shield; moderately longer cooldown on steroid) Passive: Nirsa gains a shield. If broken, the shield regenerates after some time (the cooldown on the shield does count towards Nirsa's passive). Active: If the shield is down, Nirsa can tap the tank to increase her attack speed dramatically for a few seconds.
E – Boosters (medium/short cooldown) Passive: Nirsa gains bonus movement speed (scaling with ability level). Active: Nirsa overcharges her booster jets, propelling her a short distance, while removing her passive booster buff. This ability has two charges, and if both charges are used up, Nirsa is slowed down by the same amount she is sped up by her booster (both charge cooldowns count towards Nirsa's passive)
R – Last resort (moderate cooldown) If all of Nirsa's abilities have been used up, Nirsa can activate her ultimate. If she does, she gains a lot of movement speed, becomes immune to CC, and becomes unable to attack or cast her non-summoner spells. After three seconds her suit explodes, dealing massive magic damage to enemies around her, as well as dealing a percentage of her health as true damage to herself.
Strategy: Top lane Nirsa is the master of all-in. Her abilities allow her to quickly unload everything she has prepared on her enemies, while her passive ensures she can stay alive after a dive. While she can harass her enemies in lane, she achieves most potential in coordinated ganks, where she can suprise her enemy with unparalleled burst damage. After she explodes in her enemy's face (sometimes literally), however, she is out of all the steam, becoming a sitting duck in case enemy reinforcements arrive. In teamfights, Nirsa is all about the first strike. While her Q is certainly useful at wearing down enemy tanks, her true potential hides in approaching and threatening enemy backlines. After striking and dodging the enemy frontline, Nirsa can follow through to blow a hole into enemies' more fragile lines once her basic abilities have been exhausted.
Synergies and counters: Nirsa performs well in compositions that like to catch and burst down enemy targets, alone or grouped. She deals exceptional burst damage, but offers no crowd control, even becoming worn down after her initial attack subsides. Allies with great catching potential, like Leona, can help her with approaching enemies face to face. While unmatched at sheer damage, Nirsa fails at prolonged engagements. If her enemies are able to outrun her and wear her down, she doesn't have many options to fight back, or even escape. Swain and Vladimir can make sure that her destructive onslaught falls flat and gets turned against herself.
Story concept: Nirsa might have been one of the most tenacious soldiers in Bandle city. Instead, a disaster brought her literally down to her knees. While battling an onslaught of marauder Shuriman forces, Nirsa was the first to engage the enemies. Using her gun-spear, she showed the Shuriman forces the bravery and cunning of her short-statured kind. When the enemy started retreating, she followed on to chase, forgetting about the trap her comrades have prepared. Battle-mad, she stepped into the minefield prepared by Bandle city's scout forces. This cost her her swift legs, and almost her life. She woke up screaming, lamenting her torn state and the inability to join Bandle city's forces ever again. She didn't lose hope, and started tinkering with hextech, eventually developing a suit that not only returned her to her feet, but even enhanced her combat capabilities. However, she was no longer welcome among her former brothers and sisters in arms. Her effort was seen as an act of a warmonger, instead of a patriot. Infuriated, she travelled to the only place she knew would welcome her battle prowess with open arms...

Final note: This time, I won't describe you my champion's appearance. I will instead encourage you to really use your fantasy and imagine her based on the lore concept. I am sure you will appreciate it once you put your mind to it. :D
Hope you like Nirsa, the Unbreakable ;)

And as always, make sure to comment before you downvote. It feels disheartening to get downvoted without knowing why, regardless of how bad the concept might be...
