[Rework Concept] Nunu

Just a quick thought at a spur of the moment after watching a youtube on his terrible win rate right now. Not meant to be final, again, spur of the moment thought.

Passive: Cold Front All of Nunu's slows can stack and last for 2.5 seconds. Champions slowed beyond 50% or refreshed beyond 50% restores XX mana each. If a champ's slow gets to 100% from this ability, it freezes them for 3 seconds and become immune to the slow from Nunu's abilities for 10 seconds.

Q: Snow Ball CD - 3/2.5/2/1.5/1 Slows the target by 5/10/15/20/25% and deals XX + AP damage.

W: Rage Nunu and allies within 600 gain 5% increase in AD and 20% AS and MS for 5 seconds. During this time, Nunu's basic attacks maim the target, reducing their MS by 5% and AS for 5% for 3 seconds per attack. AS reduction stacks as well and lasts for 2.5 seconds after the last Rage'd Auto attack.

E: Consume Nunu viciously bites at a monster or minion dealing true damage, healing Nunu, and fearing and slowing other monsters or minions of the bitten type for 3 seconds as well as applying a stack of Cowardice for 5 seconds. At 5 stacks of Cowardice, the minion or monster affected will flee from Nunu's last know location for 30 seconds.

R: Sub Zero Nunu begins to freeze the area around him, expanding from him but not going through walls until it covers 1.5 million square units (his ult currently would cover 1.1 million) over 5 seconds. Units in the affected area will be slowed 40% per second (10% every .25). At the end of the channel deals moderate damage (about half of current) and freezing all targets inside for 1.5 seconds. Units effected by Cold Front hit take double damage and freeze time (over writes Cold Fronts freeze time)
