@Riot Twitch splash art update coming when?

Last I heard, it was confirmed that Twitch was next on the splash art update list. We've since had a couple sneaky Vlad splash arts make their way to live, despite Twitch supposedly being next in line; so my question is, when can we expect the Twitch splash art changes to come? I mean, look at these!

Besides, they only said it was a possibility to see him next as they are also working Warwick's relaunch in which he has ton of skins that need new splashes. SO he might come before WW but might not.
