The little girl is to old

Annie is one of the most dangerous champions in the middle lane and in bot lane as support too. there is no doubt about it. She is regularly banned in ranked games and everyone knows it is because of her instantaneous stun on her big teddy bear. Everything else is fine accept for that. So I suggest that riot simply changes her ult a tiny bit. it would have like a 0.5 -.75 cast time. The animation would like a Braum ult (but smaller) and Tibbers would rise up out of the ground in the target location. And instead of a stun it would be a knock up similar to Rek'sai but maybe a little bigger.
