Lore: There is an ancient Race, one known as the Magus. Years ago, they were sealed away, and the last one, a young girl by the name of Soline, slept for countless millennia. One day, however, she was awakened by a man by the name of Raven Crowe. However, "man" was not a term that could be applied to Raven. He was something darker, more ancient than even Soline. She started traveling with Raven, living in many worlds, never having a stable home. Gargantia. Selphia. The Unterzee. All were just a few of the places that the young Magus called home. However, she was happy as long as she was with Raven, and the two had developed a brother-sister bond. One day, however, when Raven was having difficulty in a fight, Soline saw the events and something snapped within her brain, unleashing a power even she didn't know she had. In a maelstrom of arcane power, she destroyed an entire city, just to kill the man who hurt Raven. Even Raven barely survived the blast. But the two remain unfazed by this, and still enjoy each other's company. Soline is in it for the long haul, just to stay by the one person- no, thing- that gave her a family.

passive: Uncontrollable power. As soline deals damage from any source, she gains stacks of "uncontrollable power". Whenever she hits ten stacks, her ap increases by 50% for 5 seconds, before reverting.

Q: Ancient fury. Soline fires a skillshot that, upon hitting an enemy unit, explodes, dealing magic damage that scales with 10/15/20/25/30% of her ap. If it hits a champion, the scaling amount increases by 5%.

W: Forsaken memories. Passive: Soline will, when moving across any area with an ally turret, ward, or champion, gain 10% bonus magic resist. 1600 units for turrets, 1000 units for champions, and 500 units for wards. Active: Re Her spell casting power increases, allowing her to deal bonus magic damage equal to 20/30/40% of your current magic resist. This effect lasts for 8 seconds, and will put the passive on a five second cooldown at the end of the effect.

E: Ruin maelstrom. Creates a circle around her which deals AoE magic damage that scales off of your current ap. After 5 seconds, it will explode, dealing 10% max health damage to all enemy champs within the radius.

R: Cataclysmic tempest. Generates a field of magical energy taking the form of a lighting swarm around her, that lasts for five seconds, while dealing no damage. At the end, she deals damage to all enemies hit equal to 30% of her missing health and scaling with 30/35/40/45/50% of ap.

Friends: Raven

Allies: Arlo, Deryn, Vermillion

Rivals: xerath, Syndra

Enemies: Lyle

Quotes:

Raven: Big bro! Let's play!

Arlo: That gun was inspired by magic!

Deryn: Demon power is just an easy way to get magic!

Vermillion: Roll over! Good boy! (makes sense in context)

Xerath: You're not a real Magus, are you?

Syndra: This is the very power that led to the downfall of my kind...

Lyle: YOU HURT RAVEN.

Appearance: She looks very young, standing at about four feet with long pink hair, and a white dress that goes down to her ankles. She floats and is barefoot.

She acts very childish.

Passive: It should be a tad higher. Like 20? Just because she gets stacks from any source. Ten if the amount she gets from a source is low.

Q: I like that it deals more damage to champions. Very unique for her. Also, you could make a passive to where if this ability hits the champion, they take 5% more damage from her next basic attack or ability? Just a thought.

W: The passive is good. It would be cool to have visual with this. Something like an aura that glows around when she is near one of these objects?

E: Maybe explode after 3 or 3.5 seconds? Also, does the circle follow her? Or is it like Akali and she plants it? The time change because 5 seconds is 2 seconds longer than any know snare, it is even 2 secs longer than MF's entire ult.

R: Maybe the field could apply an attack speed debuff? Just because she could die before the power ends. Or, you could make it to where, if she dies, she deals 35-55% damage (missing health of course) and it explodes no matter where it is at.

Overall, I like the idea.

the design looks very interesting! i just feel like her abilities are good if the champion has a way to engage. like, what if her ult teleported her to a targeted location, dealing damage when she gets there? i dont know. lore feels a bit random but it deffinetly got me interested in the champion.

overall id say a few tweaks here and there and she is good to go! :)
