my champ idea is for a tanky marksman that has low movement speed, an op shield, with no resoruces and an AD version of vel's ult
Passive: hitting a champion grants 10% attack speed and 3% lifesteal, half for hitting minions and monsters, and 10x for hitting ekko's lol XD (I hate ekko so sue me)
Confinement Blast: fires a spherical blast of energy in a straight line (well sort of, it can adjust its trajectory by 2 degrees when theirs an enemy champ nearby) onces the target is hit, they are immediately pulled insides, confined then keeps heading on its trajectory course for 4 sec, then it stops in place for 2sec then its blows up dealing 30/40/50/60/80 + 25% of AD as physical damage, while confined in the sphere 225% of the targets hp regen is dealt as magic DoT and can't be reduced my bonus MR (sorry) cooldown is 20.5/18.5/17/14/11 sec
Radiant Shield: toggle ability, Creates a spherical shield around the user that blocks 90% of all incoming damage after reduction and the shield can remain active indefinitely if the big guy doesn't die from the bombardment the shield doesn't immediately grant 80% damage reduction, instead upon activation it starts at 40/45/50/55/60 and from then increases to 80% it passively converts damage taken while the shield is up into energy for the shield and fills up the usually mana/energy bar, once its full it grants the last 10% damage reduction the downside for using this ability is
- it stuns you so you can't move, use AA's, items, or abilities, spells till the shield is toggled off, but you can use your ult while shielded
- its cooldown is 25/22.5/20/17.5/14 sec
- hp regen from items is cut by half, same for heals from allies, but

works just fine
so you need your allies to save your bacon
Lightning Chain
upon cast your next AA causes burst of chained magic damage to all enemies near whatever you just hit which deals 10/15/20/25/40 + 15% of total AD as magic damage and slows all hit by it, basically a supercharged version of
, there is a max distance for the chain to hit a target from the closest target it already just zapped so not being nearby is a good way to avoid it but there is no limit to the number of targets it can hit
cooldown is 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 sec
Hydra Cannon (R): pretty much the same as vel's ult but it scales with AD and has a few other things instead, after a delay fires a beam of death, also standing right next to this guy when he fires is a bad idea because it deal additional damage the closer you are and the damage dealt each second rapidly increases over time but after finishing the ult your rendered stunned again for 4sec and you lose 50% of bonus armor and magic resist while your stunned so feel free to use it during inopportune moments
also I'd like the attacks to be pink like vel's as well :D
