Ao Shin, God of the Skies (If he actually became a champion)
Now I know Ao Shin has been... I don't know if he is discontinued or put in the icebox but this would be an idea of how his kit would work if he was ever released so comment your thoughts.
Since riot had issues with him hovering over the ground constantly, it would also be a better idea to make him terrestrial, and only make him fly when he is ulting (I will explain later in the moveset)
Role: mage Damage: ap Lane: mid
P - Tempest Shroud: 1: Ao Shin has a whirlwind constantly around him at all times, revealing invisible champs and traps (teemo shroom, jhin mine, etc). 2: The whirlwind will spin in a clockwise rotation. 3: Enemy skillshots that presumably go for Ao Shin will have to hit the whirlwind first, changing direction of the skillshot. 4: The radius and the strength of the whirlwind grows slightly upon leveling. 5: The Tempest cannot be seen in bushes unlike Aurelion Sol's passive.
Q - Photon Pulse: 1: Ao Shin fires a blast of draconic breath in a straight line in the form of an orb of spiritual lightning, damaging enemies in the orb's path. 2: Once the blast hits a target location, it creates a rising beam of storm energy, doing more damage than the orb, knocking up enemies.
W - Benevolent Light 1: Ao Shin leaps forward a short distance 2: After leaping he breaths out a beam of pure energy from a left to right spread in the range of a cone. 3: the beam can go through anything, including yasuo's wind wall.
E - Judgement Bolt Passive: 1: If Ao Shin hasn't taken damage from enemy champions for 6 seconds, he grows wings and takes to the skies, gaining bonus movement speed. 2: Getting hit by an enemy champion or turret will cancel this effect. Active: 1: Ao Shin creates a shield that absorbs magic damage based on level 2: Ao Shin fires a strand of lightning from his horns at a target enemy champion, dealing damage and greatly slowing them 3: If there is any enemy champions near the target, the lightning strands from the target to the next enemy champion, then to the next and so on. 4: Each time this hits a new target, it does increasing damage from the last. 5: The shield grows more each time Judgement Bolt hits an enemy champion.
R (Ultimate) - Astral Maelstrom 1: Ao Shin flies around the around the outer edge of the target location. 2: Ao Shin creates a giant hurricane that pulls enemies towards the center while keeping them grounded, the hurricane lasts for 6 seconds. 3: Enemy champions outside the hurricane will be slightly pulled in but with a much smaller strength, but they aren't grounded. 3: After creating the hurricane, Ao Shin can move around with the enemy champions trapped within the hurricane along with him. 4: After 6 second, Ao Shin creates a massive tornado, greatly damaging all enemies within it that lasts for 3 seconds 5: This ability can also instantly tear apart wards. 6: The AOE radius grows more as it upgrades as well as its damage.
