[Champion Concept] The Storm Master

I'll be editing this every now and then to make it more functional. (Nowhere near completion, just a draft. Still need to ut in stats, edit skills, lore, etc...)

Lore: Storm cloud that somehow, through magic and maybe science, became a living being.

P- Archer's attack speed increases while continuously firing at single target. Attacking a new target or failing to hit them within 1.5 seconds resets.

Q- Storm Cloud: Transforms into a storm cloud. Said cloud can traverse over walls. Activate again to return to mortal form. When transformed back deals AOE damage.

R- Thundering Blast: Archer fires a skill-shot. Lightning bolt travels until hitting wall, towers, or shields (like Braum's.) Bolt moves through enemies dealing damage to them and all nearby. Upon hitting solid object will explode, dealing damage.

Since his or her passive bases around attack speed i thought a mix of guinsoo's attackspeed bonus and attackspeed stack with crit, ap or ad would be interesting so i came up with these

P-Raging winds: Attacking an enemy continuously grants increased attackspeed stacking 5 times, Critical strikes sends bolts of lighting towards an enemy champion dealing 10AD(120% ad,30% ap)

Q-Funnel/Storm: After channeling(still be able to move) for 3 seconds(while channeling gain increasing movement speed)Strommaster becomes a cloud of thunder and lighting gaining 30%,40%,50%,60%,70% movement speed, After duration ends or recasting the ability Stormmaster regains a mortal form striking any enemies near with a shocking(pardon my awful joke) rush of electricity slowing and dealing 40,60,80,100,120 AD damge(120%AD 60%AP)

W- Thunder clap:(active) Empowers next AA increasing attackspeed and deals 5% max hp damage, slowing enemies and sending small currents to other enemies, currents deal 20,40,60,80,100(50% AD,30% AP) W-Thunder clap:(Passive)Attacking an enemy champion increases your movement speed and attackspeed by 40%

E- Calamity: Dash back with high speeds knocking enemies close away from you dealing 50,100,150,200,250(30% AD,50% AP), gain 5% increased movement speed and attackspeed

R-Black out/Thundering blast(your creation not mine so you choose): Storm master fires a wide arc of lighting that deals 150,200,250 AD(200%AD 80%AP) if directly, hitting a wall,champion or shield makes the projectile explode dealing 100,150,200 AP(80%AD 200%AP)

The AP AD scalings might seem a little too over the top or a little too low same with base damage
