Zilean,the chronomage

Hello everyone, for today I have prepared the concept of rework for one very very old champion.....literally and figuratively, Zilean the chronomage.

[PASSIVE]time management;Above Zilean icon, there are clocks on which there are four symbols that give a definite effect. The watch's clock does not stop by itself, when you press it with the left mouse button, the arrow will stop at the moment you clicked;

blue drop=Gives mana regeneration to himself and the allied champion with a large amount of attack speed.

hourglass=gives level up. You can select anyone by clicking on it with the right mouse button.

boot=increases the movement speed.

sword=gives the effect of increasing the damage from auto attack.

[Q]energy of time;Zilean creates two spheres of time that fly forward causing magical damage.

[W]time distortion;creates a portal through a landscape or wall

[E]youth and aging;Zilean throws the clock ahead of the first ally hit on the way to impose the following effects, the ally obtains a mana regeneration for 3 seconds and the movement speed. Zilean throws the clock ahead of the first enemy hit on the way to impose the following effects, the enemy will be slowed by 3 seconds and will inflict magical damage.

[R]rewind time;Zilean rewinds time back creating an area. The allies that will be in it will move to their last place of arrival. If the ally has a small amount of health, then the activation of the movement of health will be maximized [when rewind time Zilean can not apply skills or move]
