Kilan - Melee/Ranged ADC (Tentative)
Goal: The goal of this concept is to create a kit that allows for a seamless transition between ranged and melee combat without the need to switch 'stances' or use toggles while giving meaningful trade-offs for staying in melee or ranged combat; rewarding different styles of play and encouraging build variety. He can be built a little tanky, or can be build like a normal ADC that has some tools to deal with close range assassins or bruisers. His kit encourages ranged play, but rewards the occasional risky melee rush in play with bonus physical damage on melee attacks and with the damage boost on his E skill, fearless lunge.*
***TL;DR: **Backstory. This character was the former right hand of Sivir's band of mercenaries, however his penchant for business and creativity were stifled by her straightforward and ruthless goals. After her apparent demise he leaves Shurima and makes for Piltover, joining a floundering crime syndicate and helped it flourish in the under-ground markets utilizing stolen hextech technologies to fuel the group's rise. Adapting his knife play with modern hextech firearms, his most preferred being a pistol and a grenade launcher, he is quickly gaining notoriety as a figure of power within the syndicate and is fear as both an assassin and business man. Basic Attacks within 175 range become melee, dealing 20/25/30/35% (+1% per 20 bonus AD) bonus physical damage.
Q: Plus P Range: 550 Mana: 25/30/35/40/50 Cooldown: 6 Seconds Passive: Grants a 5% attack speed buff that lasts for 10 seconds and can stack up to 2/3/4/5/6 times when Plus P strikes and enemy champion. **Active: **Kilan's next ranged basic attack is over-charged, dealing bonus physical damage. This is an attack modifier and can critically strike. Physical Damage: 25/35/65/100/130 (+ 40% bonus AD)
W: Blade Toss Range: 800 Mana: 50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 Seconds Active: Kilan throws his knife dealing physical damage to the first enemy unit hit. If it hits an enemy target the blade becomes embedded for five seconds. Physical Damage: 30/70/110/150/190 (+ 100% total AD)
E: Fearless Lunge Range: Dash: 600 Units behind target: 150 Mana: 40/50/60/70/80 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Seconds Active: Kilan dashes forward to slash at the target, sliding behind them and dealing physical damage. If a blade from Blade Toss is embedded within the target he wrenches it out to deal bonus damage and slowing the target by 30% for 1.5 seconds. If the target is killed then the mana cost and cooldown are refunded by half. Physical Damage: 65/95/120/150/190 (+ 90% bonus AD) Bonus Damage: 30/40/50/60/70 (+10% bonus AD) Total Physical Damage: 95/135/170/210/260 **(+ 100% bonus AD)
R: The Reaper Mana: 100 Cooldown: 110/100/90 Seconds Active: Kilan removes his grenade launcher from his back and fires three hexsplosive grenades in quick succession around a target area dealing physical damage with each grenade. Physical Damage Per Grenade: 60/100/150 (+ 40% bonus AD) Total Physical Damage: 180/300/450 **(+ 120% bonus AD)
