A Quick Shen Fix

Passive: Now Restores a flat 20 energy at all ranks upon striking an enemy target. Q: Vorpal Blade energy cost is changed to 70/65/60/55/50. W: Feint energy cost is changed to 60/55/50/45/40, Shield duration is reduced from 3 seconds to 1.75, Shield strength changed to 70/110/150/190/230 (+10% of Shen's bonus health). NEW PASSIVE: If Feint's shield is depleted before the end of duration it's cooldown and energy cost are refunded by half.

What this does is gives clear choices for maxing either Q or W first, either allowing you to spam that much harder with a rank 5 Q energy cost reduction of 10, or allowing for a potential reset and the ability to tank that much harder if you can soak up damage. Trade offs in play, aka Skill diversity, is the slice of life.

I don't get it? Whats wrong with Shen the way he is now? They lowered his taunt energy cost and honestly it makes a world a difference.

Just wanted to give him a few QoL fixes. I find that Shen seems to be left behind in the pack when it comes to tanking and providing reliable CC. Just a slight update to his kit that will hopefully prove for him to be a little bit more relevant in the coming Season. Shen was created in an era where everything either had AP or AD ratios, and now that Max/Bonus HP and Bonus AD ratios are a thing this could bring him into the current. Just an update, and not a rework or anything.
