No, legendary skins don't go on sale.

Yeah, Legendary skins are NEVER and will NEVER go on sale. Only way to get them cheaper is to wait for the Mystery Chests to come back and try to hope you can get one that way (like I recently got Gatekeeper Galio for 790 that way XD)
