Leblanc balance opinion!

I'm of the personal opinion that leblanc is to good at what she does. She can get in and out of a fight with little to no risk involved. She does insane dmg that's all point and click. She has 3 flashes (with flash taken of course). It's just not right that she is allowed to stay so overbearing in lane.

I am really curious as to your opinions here, and if you have any ideas on changing her. Personally I'd like it if she couldn't go blink back after using her blink. That way it's commit or she's fucked.
