[Joke Champion Concept] Whoosh, The Mobility Creep

Ach! Hans, run! It's the Mobility Creep!

A faceless, spiderlike form of skittering, clawed limbs, the Mobility Creep is a horrifying sight to behold. Said to come from a Zaunite experiment gone wrong, Whoosh darts about Valoran seeking prey, phasing in and out of existence as it dreams of sinking twitching fangs into unsuspecting flesh.

#General Information

Primary Role: Assassin. Secondary Role: Fighter.

Health (Per Level): 449 (+48). HP5 (Per Level): 5.8 (+0.65). Mana (Per Level): 318 (+49). MP5 (Per Level): 7.25 (+0.75). Attack Damage (Per Level): 53 (+3.3). Attack Speed (Per Level): 0.668 (+2.45%). Attack Range: 125 (Melee). Armour (Per Level): 26 (+3.5). Magic Resistance (Per Level): 30 (+0). Movespeed: Not Used.

#Abilities

Passive: Boundless Mobility.

Skittish: The Mobility Creep doesn't walk, it instead dashes to target location when issued a move or attack move order. If the target location is more than 300 units away, Whoosh instead dashes 300 units in the target location's direction (and continues to dash in 300-unit increments or less, until it reaches its destination).

Passives Within Passives: Whenever Whoosh triggers a passive in one of its other abilities, it gains +50% bonus attackspeed that decays over 2 seconds.

Q: Murderdash

Passive Effect: If the Mobility Creep uses an ability on an enemy champion, it gains +40% of its total AD as a bonus that decays over 2 seconds.

Active Effect: Whoosh dashes to an enemy creature, dealing physical damage.

Range: 600 units. Targeting: Single-target. Targets Allowed: Enemy and neutral units. Cooldown: 5 seconds. Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana.

Rank I: Deals 50 + 10% of the target's missing health + 100% AD physical damage. Rank II: Deals 100 + 10% of the target's missing health + 100% AD physical damage. Rank III: Deals 150 + 10% of the target's missing health + 100% AD physical damage. Rank IV: Deals 200 + 10% of the target's missing health + 100% AD physical damage. Rank V: Deals 250 + 10% of the target's missing health + 100% AD physical damage.

W: Walljump

Passive Effect: When the Mobility Creep takes damage that reduces its current health to 10% or less, its next move or attack move order dashes a maximum of 500 units instead of 300 units.

Active Effect: Whoosh jumps to a target location, dealing AoE damage, slowing opponents and gaining additional effects if it jumps over a wall or collides against one.

Range: 800 units. Targeting: Ground-Targeted AoE Circle. AoE Size: 200 units in diametre. Cooldown: 15 seconds. Cost: 70 mana. Additional Information: If this ability is used to jump over a wall, Whoosh becomes stealthed for 1 second. If instead it's used on unpathable terrain (a wall that is too large, a building, the edges of the map, etc.), the Mobility Creep instead bounces off the wall, landing 800 units away from it, in a 90 degree angle with regards to its original casting position.

Rank I: Deals 30 + 80% AP physical damage. Slows enemies' movespeed by 10%. Rank II: Deals 60 + 80% AP physical damage. Slows enemies' movespeed by 20%. Rank III: Deals 90 + 80% AP physical damage. Slows enemies' movespeed by 30%. Rank IV: Deals 120 + 80% AP physical damage. Slows enemies' movespeed by 40%. Rank V: Deals 150 + 80% AP physical damage. Slows enemies' movespeed by 50%.

E: Phasewalk

Passive Effect: While active, champion kills and assists reset the cooldown of Murderdash and Walljump.

Active Effect: While active, the Mobility Creep phases in and out of existence. For as long as the ability is active, it spends 1 second in existence and 0.5 seconds outside of existence. While it is out of existence, it is invulnerable, untargetable and invisible (effectively removed from the game). While it is in existence, it gains resistance to crowd control effects and ignores unit collision.

Targeting: Toggleable self-buff. Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds. Cost: 40/45/30/25/20 mana per second.

Rank I: Reduces the duration of crowd control effects by 10%. Rank II: Reduces the duration of crowd control effects by 20%. Rank III: Reduces the duration of crowd control effects by 30%. Rank IV: Reduces the duration of crowd control effects by 40%. Rank V: Reduces the duration of crowd control effects by 50%.

R: Creepy Crawl

Passive Effect: Destroying a ward grants Whoosh stealth for 5 seconds (breaks upon attacking or casting spells).

Active Effect: The Mobility Creep gains additional effects to its abilities and autoattacks.

Targeting: Self-buff. Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds. Cost: 100 mana. Duration: 5/6/7 seconds.

Rank I: Murderdash inflicts a Fear effect on its target for 1 second. Walljump grants 10% damage reduction for 1 second upon landing. Phasewalk grants 20% bonus lifesteal and spellvamp. Autoattacks deal 20 bonus true damage on hit. Rank II: Murderdash inflicts a Fear effect on its target for 1.25 seconds. Walljump grants 20% damage reduction for 1 second upon landing. Phasewalk grants 25% bonus lifesteal and spellvamp. Autoattacks deal 30 bonus true damage on hit. Rank III: Murderdash inflicts a Fear effect on its target for 1.5 seconds. Walljump grants 30% damage reduction for 1 second upon landing. Phasewalk grants 30% bonus lifesteal and spellvamp. Autoattacks deal 40 bonus true damage on hit.

I came up with this champion concept after I saw a joke in a forum thread. It's not intended as a mean-spirited attack on Riot, but as a good-natured ribbing of some of the community's perceptions regarding the oft-feared "mobility creep". Hope this champion concept gave you at least a smirk, feel free to make suggestions to make it more amusing!
