Mystery gifting yourself

Is it allowed or possible to mystery skin gift yourself? Since that they don't have mystery skins available for your account right now, but you can only get a mystery skin if gifted. So can I put a prepared card for RP on an alternative account and keep mystery skin gifting to myself for my main? for 490 RP each.
