So I just played a ranked game (sadly on a losing streak atm, S5>B1 but that's not the important part) and there was this super ultra verbal abusing zyra troll. Flaming everybody on our team about how we aren't "grouping" even though we were. And how we suck at life, etc. Basically telling us to go kill our selfs. Flamed the entire 45minutes of the game. Nevertheless, everybody reported them. So I instantly went into another lobby to play another game, and hey, look who it is. The same zyra mad guy from last game on my team again. Of course he started flaming how terrible I was (even though I carried the early game) and during champion select the lobby got disbanned, and I got a message saying the recent player you reported has been punished by the new system. Meaning that Zyra just got banned for 2 weeks or even perma banned. Karma, eh? LOL

Nice. That will at least make it worth getting trolled, knowing that they suffer for it. Revenge is sweet =]

I think the part that would make me feel even better is them knowing that I was the cause of their ban. After making me suffer it is somehow soooooo cathartic that they know I got justified and get to continue to play while they can only go to the boards and cry.

Stuff like this is the worst. I often find the people who act stuck up in games are 10x worse than people telling me to kill myself.

I generally report people like you for your negative attitudes.

Technically you can't punish off meta. So if you go AP Assassin garen, you can't be punished, even if it's completely troll. If they decide to go AP Bruiser Twitch Jungle, can't be punished either because it's only off meta. There's a lot of loop holes I don't think this system will understand. I'd rather have the Tribunal deal with cases of trolling, feeding, etc.

Well, this has made me glad I quit. The last thing I want AND the last thing I deserve is to know about the fate of players I report.

I have been waiting for notifications that tell you if the summoner you reported was punished since I started playing the game. The new system is awesome and that particular feature reassures you that your reports do count. I didn't know you get the notification immediately though, but I am glad that you do because it makes you feel so much better, compared to if you got the notification a couple days later, and you forgot about the person. Of course many summoners may not be sanctioned after the first report, but the system is still a lot quicker, efficient, and improved than before.

One flaw though is it seems they need to get reported a large number of times in a short period over the course of several games.

2 weeks? This is freaking awesome. 2 weeks of one less toxic player, or like what you said, maybe even perma banned. It's highly unlikely, maube like a 3rd offense is a perma-ban. Btw I didn't get the ashe thing. You said "LOL Ashe " I didn't it.

Funny. I had a Bruam that went deep in the enemy jungle when none of them could be seen on the map. Despite that mistake he tried to fight instead of trying to escape, which didn't look like it would have been difficult if he would have turned tail when he saw them. He got killed so I asked "why?" because his course of action hurt my brain. He continued to flame me for the rest of the game saying "4 REPORTS!". I guess he was in a 4 man pre-made. I got one of those warnings at the end of the game for asking "why?"....
