Common people, who believes its about time for riot to start giving skins as a reward in this game. After so many seasons and people being more blessed than others to afford payments for even 1 single skin. I believe this will motivate people to do a lot better ingame wise and even possibly less toxic. Since the better you do, the faster you level up your champion ! Everybody wants free skins!

All of this costs money to set up obviously.
Kids these days just expect free shit to fall in their fucking laps so they don't have to learn how it actually got to be free or how it even works.
No work for reward. it pisses me off honestly.

THE ONLY thing you should be complaining about is the quality of the content you spend your money on. For example. A valid complaint would be that nunu bot and brolaf need to be updated to typical particles and animations etc for a 1820 skin. They are old and should be updated and are nut justified (in their current state) as a 1820 skin.
Their art and voice overs are good but they lack animations and particles to justify them above a 1350 skin.
This would be a valid complaint that I would fully agree with.
However I wouldn't agree with saying that its worth anything less than 1350 because the voice overs are just so spot on and well done I wouldn't change them for anything.

I think Riot should allow exclusive Chromas for leveling a character's mastery to a certain point.
But pre-existing skins is silly and unfair. And a new skin is unrealistic at any forseeable date due to the sheer number of Champions in the game.
Although I guess Riot hasn't quite figured out how to use the Hue button in photoshop since they seem to have the same problem with chromas. :P

Hatless Casual1 votesI would think maybe an order for the masteries being a border (like ranked), an icon, a chroma, a ward skin and MAYBE a proper skin for completely mastering a champion. All of them only appearing on the champion leveled. Or maybe having a different set for aram.
