Common people, who believes its about time for riot to start giving skins as a reward in this game. After so many seasons and people being more blessed than others to afford payments for even 1 single skin. I believe this will motivate people to do a lot better ingame wise and even possibly less toxic. Since the better you do, the faster you level up your champion ! Everybody wants free skins!
"Master" Skins as in HotS would be cool imo.
I thought it woulda been cool if some skins you actually had to do what the skin is to get it like the pentakill skins. You have to get a pentakill with that champion and you get it.

It does seem a bit unfair for people that already own every skin for a champion though...
Who said anything about 3 skins??? Riot even said that level 5 will not be the permanent champion level. I am talking about maybe once hitting lets say level 10, if they would do that. You will unlock ONE final skin. And it will be the ultimate reward.
Why would recieving 3 skins for playing 30 games with a single champion be legit? Riot isn't forcing you to go for Mastery Points.
I would think maybe an order for the masteries being a border (like ranked), an icon, a chroma, a ward skin and MAYBE a proper skin for completely mastering a champion. All of them only appearing on the champion leveled. Or maybe having a different set for aram.
