A champion that disguises himself as an allied champion? "Oh look we caught their adc out on her own let's get her!" "OMG THE HORROR RUN"

Lets say an enemy that is playing this champion kills one of your allies, the announcer doesn't announce it, because that champion is now disguised as one of your allies. And instead of showing the enemy dying, it shows you dying.

I think you misread that. I meant your allied champion.

Mind games like this can easily be countered with map awareness and team communication and unless this champ gets to be the disguised champ for a while like that new one from Smite, this is purely redundant as you can see your real ally on the minimap or know if they're dead through other means.

LeBlanc already does "mind games" better than this without the need to shapeshift anyway with her Ult.
