One way to boost adc suggestion o-o

Personally adc currently lack dmg or even power to fight early / mid game sigh as an adc main i thou maybe riot can implement something like a free buff for adc from the shop maybe like after 5min and can only select it after 20min maybe it will be disable <<< this might help improve or power up some adc generally

Ps as for the buff thinking something that increase mana regen or gain gold per x second or even give something like the warlord status buff /// even 5-10% armor pen ( maybe like at certain time it unlock before 20min mark if u didn't get other buff)

o-o I personally think this might help adc to be better in early to mid game
