ingenious hunter and ruby sightstone in proplay bad?

Will we ever see a support melee or enhancer ever use these runes in pro play feel like these rune along with cder for active item will help protect/ help adc along since everyone is going late game with this boring ass game lol
locket 27-30sec with fully max or even 40-60sec if not max redemption similar to locket cd

.-. i thou this rune would be more in pro play but that not the case i guess

his w give him max hp and with overgrowth rune it help increase him hp with hp% and starting with smite he can access jg item of bonus health % and also give vision for the team. he can split push to help team gain pressure either using zzrot route or being a big ass hp tank meat shield with stone and locket to save ppl
