New Competitive Map?

In CSGo there are so many map to choose in competitive Why not try to make new summoner rift map with something like special properties like Demacia Time and Noxus time map similar to Day and Night which help champion who are side with the respective fraction gain bonus dmg% like 10-50% or Create a Unique Map with different layout of jg and lane so that in Esport Competitive there will be a time to choose to ban which map to play on etc
