Akali - had been inbalanced and reworked Kennen - Can be really strong or dumb AF LeeSin - Can be really strong or dumb AF Shen - Was really strong at one point, and then nerfed to oblivion Zed - Was strong, Nerfed and now mediocre

As much as i would like a new Energy based champion, Riot hates balancing them.
