Just got Banned for 14 Days (Chat Log Below)
I saw this In Euw Boards and decide to put it here and discus about this guy "DESERVED" 2weeks ban and how riot system work "PERFECT"

While the guy didn't "deserve" the ban in regards to being a toxic person necessarily, he did deserve the ban in regards to the fact that he used a word that we all know is a trigger word for the ban bot in game. This is very very very very very very common knowledge. We all know that using words that are discriminatory in any way will get you a ban if you are reported. Don't repeat it. The guy could have just as easily said "Dude you called me names that aren't appropriate on league". Literally all he had to say, or say nothing at all.
We all know the ban bot is not perfect, but according to the rules implemented by riot, you should know this is the punishment you will get for saying these things. The ban bot is perfect if you think about it like this: Person A said word B, thus the ban bot detected word B which is on ban list C. Person A is thus banned. However, since a bot (at this point in time) cannot establish context, no, the ban doesn't seem as "deserved" as it would as person D using word B to flame the ever living shit out of person A. While person A simply repeated word B to say it wasn't appropriate. However, as I said before, it's clearly written in the terms of service to never use those types of words under any circumstance.
Therefore: The guy did deserve the ban, and the bot system did work as intended (to ban out people using those words). Although it did not catch a necessarily toxic offender, it still caught an offender.
Yep, i got my main account with thousands of hours, several skins and all champs, perma banned fro making sarcastic comments and being "rude" to my teammates when criticizing their gameplay. Never insulted anybody, never harassed anybody. I admit i was being a dick, and i had a negative attitude for sure, saying things like, GG, we cant win. But how is that grounds fro perma banning my account. PERMA- banning my account. for what, being moody? being a downer in chat? telling somebody they are playing the game incorrectly in a sarcastic manner? PERMA banned?
And i know what the response to this is, that inevitably somebody will make: well you must have been a frequent offender. Yes. I was a frequent offender. In fact, i used to be ACTUALLY toxic. I used to ACTUALLY flame people and insult them, and tel lthem they were horrible at the game. I got punished for it, i reformed and stopped doing it. but because those past infractions were on my record. the next punishment i received, which was simply for having a negative attitude, resulted in perma-ban.
That is so incredible frustrating. to actually have broken the rules and to have reformed. and then get perma banned over the smallest least significant thing as being a downer in chat and being sarcastic.
