Proposed Game Mode: HIde and Seek

personally i think this is the best thing to do on the dominion map. if you look at custom matches when domion is on rotation its almost all hide and seek matches which says a lot for the popularity and likeability of the "game mode" the only "unfun" thing about it is when people break the rules
