[Champion Concept] Reeves The Rogue Engineer
Reeves The Rogue Engineer (early draft)
Reeves The Rogue Engineer is a yordle marksman who utilized different gadgets along with his trusted rifle to excel on the rift.
Abilities:
Passive: Gadgeteer
Using an ability will activate one out of three possible gadgets that will grant Reeves a small boon for a few seconds. This effect has a 8 seconds static cooldown. The Gadget that will be activated change every 2 seconds (similar to Twisted Fate's W).
The available gadgets are following:
Deflector Shield
Reeves get a shield that absorb 60 - 180 (depending on level) damage over 2 seconds
Mass Accelerator
Reeves get 10 - 30% increased movement speed that lasts for 2 seconds

Reeves is healed for 50 - 150 health over 2 seconds
Q - Hunter Drone
Reeves unleash a hunter drone to chase target enemy champion for 4 seconds, revealing it in the process. The drone will attack the target up 4 times over the duration and each hit deals 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 (+40% AD) damage.
The done have two health and can be targeted by basic attacks to destroy it. If the drone is not destroyed before it finish its onslaught it will land on the ground, allowing Reeves to pick it up. Upon picking it up the cooldown is reduced by 40%.
Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana Cooldown: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 seconds
W - Napalm Shot
Reeves bring out his secondary pistol to fire a napalm shot at targeted location. Upon landing, the surrounding area is engulfed in flames that deal 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 65 (+12,5% AP) magical damage every 0,5 seconds and slows all enemies inside of it by 20%. Lasts 4 seconds.
Cost: 80 mana Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 seconds
Rocket Boots
Passive: Every fifth basic attack will fire a slow moving rocket to the targets current location that deals 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+80% bonus AD)(+60% AP) physical damage of all nearby enemies upon reaching the location. (not homing)
Active: Reeves activate his rocket boots, causing him to leap X units in targeted direction while dealing 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+25% AP) magical damage and knocking back enemies close to the starting location.
Cost: 60 mana Cooldown: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 seconds
Extermination Cannon of Doom 3000
Reeves remotely orders the Extermination Cannon of Doom 3000 (which is located above the allied nexus) to fire a devastating beam of complete destruction in targeted direction that deals 400 / 550 / 700 (+125% bonus AD) (+75% AP) physical damage to all enemies it pass through.
Range: Global Missile Speed: 2200 units per second Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 120 seconds
