Just to clarify, this is not:

A skin line concept
The Christmas version of The Teemoing
Insanity
An easily implementable champion combo (given the two ability's associated with each key could just be combined/alternately cast) for some unspecified mix-mash gametype.

What it is, is ALL OF THE ABOVE. DO IT RIOT!

Oh my god this is amazing. I want this to be an actual thing in the next Harrowing (instead of Christmas, because honestly, "fusion champs" is more of a horror theme). Just think of the possibilities. Braumlistar (Braum + Alistar) with the infinite CC lock, Viktryze (Viktor + Ryze) with stupid amounts of burst, Caitjhin (Caitlyn + Jhin) with the longest range pokes... I need this in my life right now.

Oh and as a side note (to keep from cluttering the main post with weirdness), here's how I would combine the abilities, if such an oddball champion mix-mash gametype was ever created. (Note, the every-n'th-cast mechanics are designed to roughly pattern after the different ability cdr's for the different champions.)

Passives: Just give them both.
Q: Regular hecarim helicopter BS, but every third one includes Sej's dash knockup and damage, and then ends with helicopter BS (sort of like Yas's e/q combo).
W: Sejuani's W. Every third one also includes Hec's AOE.
E: Holds up to one charge of each champion's e, with recharge rate matching each champion's E cdr. On click, casts one of the charges. Cast choice prioritize's sej E if enemies within range are permafrosted.
R: Casts Sej's R. At the end of popsicle duration, cast's Hec's R. (Gotta stagger dat cc, homie.) If Sej's R misses, can cast Hec's R any time subsequently, once, until Sej R off CD again.
