[Champion Concept] Kepri: The Terra Roller.

Kepri is a defensive tank with aggressive capabilities and high crowd/zone control and is very rewarding for skilled players. I'l happily take criticism and feedback and consider implementing it into my concept. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

But an entity known as the void somehow manage to slip past Pekri and has begun its attack on Runeterra, Failed to fulfil his quest and unable to defend against the void from his current position Pekri has descended into Runeterra to drive back the evil.

Abilities

Passive: Terra Roller.

Pekri rolls around a cluster that has its own hitbox and health equal to 25% of Pekri’s max health. The cluster gains 7 armor and magic resist per level. As Pekri rolls the cluster it heals 1% of its max health every 100 units travelled. If the cluster is destroyed Pekri creates a new one after 20 seconds. If enemies are directly hit by the cluster they are knocked back and are bulldozed. Bulldozed enemies cannot be knocked back by the cluster directly for another 8/6/4’s.

Item effects also transfer onto the cluster (such as Cold Steel, Immolate and elixirs)

Cluster Width: 165 units.

Q. Steam Roll/Mega horn

Passive: When Pekri is rolling a cluster his initial auto attack on a non-bulldozed enemy champion rams them with the cluster knocking them back dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+5% of Pekri’s max health) in magic damage and bulldozing them. Pekri gains move speed that builds up over 3 seconds while running towards the targeted enemy champion. (builds up to 20%/30%/40%/50%/60% move speed over 3 seconds when within 1100 units of the targeted enemy.

Active With Cluster Steam Roll: Pekri Launches the Cluster dealing 70/110/150/190/230 + 5% of Pekri’s max health (+20% Ap) in magic damage. The cluster bounces of impassable terrain. Pekri can go retrieve the cluster by walking into it. Bulldozed enemy's take 50% damage. The cluster gradually slows down as it travels (Has momentum).

Active Without Cluster Mega Horn: Pekri Rams with his horn forwards dealing 25/50/75/100/125 (+30% Ap) magic damage to enemy's hit and knocking them back. (applies bulldozed) If Pekri use mega horn on the cluster it propels it and reduces all bulldozed timers by 50%.

Mana: 60/70/80/90/100, Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6, Mega Horn Range: 375 units.

W. Ozone Barrier

Pekri emits a Barrier from the cluster expanding its hit box for 4/5/6 seconds, (ultimate type projectiles pierce the barrier) The barrier shatters if the cluster is destroyed. The barrier takes 110% damage. (Works like a A.O.E Braum shield).

Mana: 80/90/100/110/120, Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12, Bonus Cluster Width: 285 Units, Total Barrier Width: 450 Units.

E. Sky drop

Pekri Spreads his wings and flies to the targeted location dealing 30/60/90/120/150 + 10% of Pekri’s max health in magic damage and knocking up and away enemies for 0.5 seconds around him upon landing. If Pekri knocks up and away his cluster it will knock up enemies for 0.5 seconds in an area around it dealing 50% damage upon its landing.

Pekri Travels a shorter distance while holding his cluster.

Mana: 55/60/65/70/75, Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6, Without Cluster Max Range: 1000 units, With Cluster Max Range: 500 Units, Knock Up Range: 450 Units, Knock Back Range: 200 Units.

R. Planetary Containment

Pekri’s Cluster begins to build up power for 5 seconds slowing all enemies near it by 35%. If a enemy champion drops bellow 300 move speed or they’re not moving they are slowly drawn towards the cluster.

When the cluster builds up enough power it explodes dealing magic damage equal to its current health at the time of exploding. The explosion causes impassable terrain to rise at the edge of the explosions radius for 6 seconds. Allies can freely pass through this terrain.

Pekri Summons a new cluster 75% faster.

Mana: 100 All ranks, Cooldown: 130/105/80, Slow And Draw Width: 1000 Units, Explosion Width: 1000 Units.

Does Bulldozed make the enemy their own wall? meaning Vayne can E them and they will stun on themselves?

Questions, hope you dont mind:

  1. Can you describe what is a "Cluster" ? is it like a space ball?

  2. Your passive just describes what the cluster can do. at the start of the game does it mean that you just start creating a cluster?

  3. Is the cluster locked on to you? or can it be left behind or moved?

  4. your q says you use the cluster to attack enemies, does this mean the champion itself relies on the Cluster for auto-attack damage?

  5. can the cluster be destroyed? and how long before it can be rebuild? cooldowns etc

Sorry for the questions, a very interesting idea with new mechanics. love the design and semi-lore given

awesome awesome been thinking about a very similar champion concept for a while now and this one looks kind of cool

just wondering does the cluster also scale with pekri stats beyond hp?

It seems to copy item effects just like shaco clone does, i guess this mean i could buy steraks and give the cluster a shield and thornmail to make it reflect damage and a sunfire to make it burn people
