Appearance: Mathew is a mild-age Caucasian man with silver-colored eyes, has short dark brown hair that's slicked back & a large scar on his right eye. Mathew wears a brown cowboy hat, a cloak that covers the majority of his upper body, pair of black jeans, a belt with 2 holsters on each side & a pair of boots with spurs on the back of the heels.

Gameplay: When it comes to 1 on 1 duels & kitting a single enemy Mathew is a man you never want to cross. Unlike most Marksmen Mathew wants to draw in his opponents so he can keep them in a good distance of Abilities, now Mathew doesn't many direct damaging Abilities like most Marksmen have so he has to bait his targets think he's on the ropes then quickly turn around & blast the enemy in their face.

Passive: Hidden Trigger. After Mathew has activated an Ability he will grab his spare pistol & his next Basic Attack will have him fire a second bullet that will deal 3% of his current Attack Damage as True Damage, when this Passive has been activated it will then go on a 14 second Cool Down. If this Enhanced Auto-Attack kills a target then Mathew can deal True Damage on his next Basic Attack.

Q-Ability: Wanted Poster. Range: 500. Cool Down: 22/21/20/19/18. Cost: 100. Damage Increase: 6/8/10/12/14%. Activate: after Mathew has chosen a single enemy Champion with this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Mathew will issue a Bounty on the chosen target, for the next 8 seconds the chosen Champion with the Bounty will take increase damage from all allied Champions while also have a 12% Movement Speed Slow. If the enemy Champion with the Bounty De-Buff dies by an allied Champion then that ally will gain 100 Bonus Gold, when the enemy Champion dies or the duration of the De-Buff ends then this Ability will go on Cool Down.

W-Ability: Counter-Shot. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 18/17/16/15/14. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Physical Damage: 60/80/100/120/140(+50% bonus AD). Activate: after Mathew has activated this Ability he will place his left hand on his spare pistol & then wait for an opportunity, after the initial activation Mathew will be Primed for 4 seconds. While Mathew is Primed the 1st Auto-Attack that an enemy Champion lands on him will have Mathew quick draw his spare pistol & shot at that enemy Champion dealing Physical Damage plus 4/5/6/7/8% of the damage from the enemy Champions Auto-Attack.

E-Ability: Spit & Vinegar. Range: 400. Cool Down: 16/15/14/13/12. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90. Heal: 60/80/100/120/140(+40% bonus AP). Physical Damage: 50/70/90/110/130(+40% bonus AD). Activate - Ally: after Mathew has chosen either himself or an allied Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Mathew will give a bottle of medicine to the target, after the initial activation the chosen target will be Healed & will take 8% less damage for 2 seconds. Activate - Enemy: after Mathew has chosen an enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Mathew will throw a small grenade at the target, after the initial activation the chosen target will be dealt Physical Damage while also Rooting the target for 1.25 seconds.

R-Ability: Stand-Off. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 145/125/105. Cost: 120. Physical Damage: 115/175/235(+50% bonus AD). Activate: after Mathew has activated this Ability he will holster his pistol & will start to Channel for 1 second, while Mathew is Channeling he will be unable to use any Auto-Attacks or other Abilities but he is still able to move around but his Movement Speed will be Slowed by 10% for the duration. At the end of the Channel Mathew will quickly draw his pistol & fire it at every enemy Champion that is within 325-radius of Mathew being dealt Physical Damage & being Stunned for 1 second.
