What League could do to make this WAY better of an Experience (Atleast in my opinion.)

Hello Summoners, and I know I am probably not the first to say this. But RIOT can make this game much funner, and help the Lower Ranking people by implementing small changes, to large changes to the game to allow them to feel rewarded. An help in things that normally take months to master, (Such as last hitting, or getting 100 CS in 10 minutes.) And rewarding by giving small rewards by getting to small milestones, (Play a rank game, get to X rank get X reward till Gold+)

Now I will break this into a couple categories being; Game, Launcher, and Community and give examples of things to add an why. And Comment freely as I like to respond to each and see where things can be better, or shouldn't be added in at all. But it never hurts to atleast put it out there to someday get picked up.

(But I won't do it all in one go. I will probable Edit in the other parts if this gets any comments.)


THE GAME

1.) A small, training map: Maybe Called Summoners Academy Grounds

What it I feel it would look like: A single lane that leads into Two lanes. One where you can find normal minions and a Bot / OR a Teacher or fellow player that can be added to help if need be. The Second lane has Three "Camps" A spawnable camp of any camp in the jungle that can be set to spawn another cap (Like Spawns Grump -> Blue Buff -> Wolves -> Skuttle Crab -> Razors -> Red Buff -> Krugs.) Depending on how you can clear the jungle with one go if not harassed.

The Second Camp: Can be set to Spawn a camp ahead of time, for more realism, OR be turned into a Training Dummy to Test Damage, DPS, Amount of Damage that is done (VIA: Items Like Sunfire Cape, Liandry's ect.) In ten seconds or for as long as you strike the dummy. An the ability to Raise and Lower the dummies MR or ARMOR stat (Or buy items on the Dummy like a Thornmail, Randuins, Spirit Visage ect.) An what that damage can look like.

Third Camp: Another that can be set an entire side of a Jungle (for better training of how the first clear will look like.) OR have a champion Spawn of your choice, who you can put Items on plus the normal runes. And have them activate certain abilities on a timer that can be activated, OR have them do something in retaliation of being hit by a Q - W - E -R effect. (Like a Zed can have a Bot use Zhonya just as the first damage is applied after ulting the dummy.)

The Lane: Spawns a wave of minions for you to kill as your own push, as if in a real game. An can change it from a (Normal Wave spawn, Super Minion Spawn, or Baron empowered Minion spawn.) Then you can have a bot, or a fellow player who you can set the Level of. (For example, if you want to practice when behind, you can have them be a Level or two higher an extra 600 Gold to play with.) An the game can be reset back to readjust things to what you feel you need. You can also have it so that your CS score resets every ten minutes, and shows your progress with that champion an CSing.

Features: Have the ability to Set Cooldown Reduction, ( 0% - 100% *Just to have for or just to see what would happen if you had that kinda CDR. [Imagine that chaos.) Also set how much HP you character has, ( 100% - 1% ) and the other game features to allow a player to have some fun OR get down and serious.

WHY: I feel this is SINGLE map where people can train would be a GREAT add on for people to train an really get to know how to play there champion, an even greater if you add a "Spar" feature where you queue up, and challenge people of your choosing and really get the real deal of it all without having to go into normals and get flamed. Or if you wanna practice supporting, enter spar as a support to be queued with a ADC Spar searcher and go up against other ADC & Support spar looking summoners.

Then when when you feel like you can confidently play the role without running around wondering "What does half of this stuff even do." You can jump into a normals an be like, "I got some sparring in, I understand what this champion can do." Therefore, LESS flaming, and LESS toxicity. As that would be elevated by not just going into something without a clue.

An have Diamond + players be able to register as "Teachers" to help players, and they can set up there "Way of communications" being Curse, Skype ect. For those who want to learn some mechanics from more experienced players, and "Teachers" can be given rewards like the Ryze skin, or other Scholarly like rewards (IP, Ward Skin, Icons ect.) An can be graded based on how helpful they are in explaining things, an how much they helped.

BOOM, no need for that weird tutorial that constantly says "Stand behind your minions" every time you even get pecked with auto attack. Now someone can help explain it to you, and why. But you can keep the tutorial for those who just want to be trained by an AI.

2.) Mastery Skins & Champion Mastery Icons Though I do feel this is where they are going, I would feel it would be amazing to get a free skin that you can only get from champion mastery that shows a labor of your work for really getting to know a champion. An the Mastery Skins, I feel, should be simple, but story driven. Like Gangplank original skin should become the Mastery Skin for him. An for a champion like Rengar, he has the skull of Kha'zix on his belt, One of Kha'Zix pincers as his dagger, an can see a full stack bonetooth necklace around his neck. And have the skin called "Master Hunter Rengar".

While the vice-versa would be "Master Predator Kha'Zix" where he has the golden eye of rengar over one eye, he has a more white color pallet then purple, and roars like a line when he jumps sometimes. (Or something like that). Like where both can happen, and if it happened what it would be like. And then have the face as the champion with a golden crest as an Icon.

Why: Just so everyone has a skin for a champion, so the fruits of their labor doesn't feel empty because there wallet is. Also growing also giving the chance for skins that can give a champion a happy ending they deserve, or the unhappy one they are destined to have. Like a "Master of Vengeance Kalista" Skin where she has completely forgotten who she was, as spirits seem to swirl around her, and has more notable spears in her body to give her a more menacing look.

An why, an why not some of this things should, or shouldn't be added. Till after acouple of normal games, I will be putting up the >Launcher< opinions and what could be added or removed. One major being able to save masteries and runes to a set champion upon selection no matter what.

Thats some high cost business youre talking about just for a turorial. The programming behind that would put it up to par with summoners rift. They have to lit go into every champs AI and configure it to the map. Not to mention keep it up to date with patches.

But i do like your skin idea. Thats a really cool one.

Nice idea, seems like a lot of effort to teach some basic knowledge about the game, but I guess some people need that. Just don't think that will become a thing until it gets a lot of support.
