The Best Nunu

Hello everyone, this is my first post so I hope I do everything right. I've started playing Nunu and really enjoy his counter jungle/build variations but I'm starting to get confused a bit xD. Is there any middle ground (ap tank)that works for good Nunu players? I'd also like some tips on how to become a better Nunu! Thanks for your time.
