{Champion Idea} Nol, The Final Conscience

             Consciences... They were machines built long ago in the city of Piltover.  Machines and devices were becoming more and more advanced to the point where they were effecting their own creators. A line could no longer be drawn.  3 Machines were given out to all scientists and creators in the city of Piltover, One that managed the standards of sight, One that managed the standards speech and One that managed the standards of sound.These were consciences......They regulated peace, until the creator of the consciences, Prof. Zri disregarded his own creations.He started on a design that would incorporate all 3 machines into one, but soon word got out and the program was shut down immediately.A machine with this much power would gain self-control, and the whole factory was blown to the ground with high grade hex-plosives.Sadly, in a protest, Prof. Zri was inside to try and stop the demolition. His well being was however disregarded. With his final breath, he managed to activate the prototype of his design, which he called Nol. Still unfinished, Nol followed his first orders and barley managed to escape the factory.

Nol watched the factory burn into ash, and he covered his eyes. He would see no evil.

Nol heard the mocking and the laughs of the bystanders, and he covered his ears. He would hear no evil.

Nol wanted to scream and yell at the monsters who had killed his master, but he covered his mouth. He would speak no evil.

Nol could do nothing, so he got up left. He would do no evil.

With a still unfinished arm, Nol's purpose and potential will be unknown. Afters years of traveling, Nol discovered the League of Legends and was sought out for his wisdom. Nol joined in hope to find pieces from the factories that looters have scavenged, and to find those who killed his master.

"For I am Nol, and the guilty shall pay" -Nol

Brief Nol is a ranged AP mid laner, who scales with Ability Power. His move set contains an AOE silence, and with his ult activated, an AOE stun. A small damage ability with a low cool down, and a large damage ability with a long cool down.

http://i.imgur.com/vXAgflO.png[/img] Q- See No Evil -Nol Jumps up into the air and at the peak of his jump fires a golden laser underneath him dealing magic damage and granting him a small shield if target is hit..(Forcing him to jump over the enemy to use.)

http://i.imgur.com/ch9rI6Y.jpg[/img] W-Speak No Evil -Nol yells and sends out a golden power flash (larger than but like ezreals ult) that silences and does magic damage to all enemies hit.(Not Global)

http://i.imgur.com/OfpJjUt.jpg[/img] E-Hear No Evil -Nol buries himself into the ground for 3 seconds healing him % of Max health.While Nol is in the ground, he cannot be hurt.

Q-Nol now hovers in the air for 2 seconds and his laser deals massive magic damage. W-Nol now stuns all targets he hits with this ability E-Nol now gains a shield that blocks all cc for the next 5 seconds.
