Veigar Fanboy, Just a few ideas.
First of all, I have been playing with this tiny mast of evil (Giggles like Japanese schoolgirl) for the past 7 months now. I mained him and now play him whenever I get the chance in ranked. I started to notice a few small things that I believe could make this final boss truly terrifying
When you click on him : "If the tables were turned, I would show you no mercy". What the hell does this mean, veigar's 1 shotting bitches at like 30 mins. To me it's lame and should be something more evil.
Ex: Seclusion brings nothing but power...... (Reference to his lore)
His laugh ( Final boss skin) : I feel this needs to be louder and work better with the animation. To me it feels off.
