[Concept kit rework]Hecarim,the ghost of war.
Hecaim was a very old champion,and it's sad to see him with the other new champions because of him abilities and visual....by my opinion he deserve it,he deserve a mini rework or even a normal rework what will made as a real danger for those who steps on Shadow isles.So i thinking about him abilities came to one conclusion:
[Passive]Mortal torments:[passive]:Every enemy champion or jungle monster with less than 30% of health will be marked.The mark give to Hecarim bonus damage and lifesteal. [active]:Hecarim have a radius wherein the enemy champion who suffers by the ally damage,will heal Hecarim,until he dies.
Radius:1200
[Q]Wars fury: Hecarim charge him weapon for the next AA.If Hecarim press AA on enemy champion/jungle monster,with great force he will stick into the enemy/jungle monster,slow down him and deal physical damage.(Q ability can combine with E)
cost:42 mana. cooldown:18 seconds. range:340
[W]Slaughter: Hecarim starts to cleaves nearby enemies and deal physical damage.
cost:32 mana. cooldown:4 seconds. radius:430
[E]Devastating charge:
While Hecarim is charging, his next basic attack gains bonus range and causes him to dash to his target,knocking them back(250 − 450)(based on distance traveled) units, and dealing physical damage, ending its effects in the process.(Hecarim can charge him Q first,and then start to charge to the enemy champion.In that moment,the next AA on the target will deal bonus physical damage)
[R]Shadow onslaught:Hecarime call four spectral warriors and by him order,they all with Hecarim start to charge in front of him.If Hecarim hits the enemy champion,he will make them fear for 2 seconds and deal magical damage cost:100 mana. cooldown:140/120/100 range:1000
By my opinion,this kit is better for Hecarim,because it shows to us how warlike and evil he is,hope you like this one^^.
