Ryze's Ult Rework Suggestion
The idea isn't completelly defined, but I think is worth seeing if people actually like this idea about a new Ryze ult that i got while watching Ryze Faker in RISE
Ryze is a runic mage with a whole slew of spells and overwhelming power, due to his experience and contact with World Runes, as we know due to "Call of Power". His new ult keeps bringing him problems, so in my opinion it should be changed before it keeps dragging the whole thing down, but in concept its quite cool and useful Why not limiting it but also opening up a lot of possibilties at the same time?

Ryze calls forth the power of the ancient Magelords to unleash ancient, more powerful versions of the summoner spells he has equipped
Upon using one, the summoner spell enters into a shortened cooldown, being this cooldown the actual cooldown of Ryze's ult
While keeping his current ult as a transformation of Teleport, and also binding it to the same restriction this one faces, it gets toned down, but it isn't almost useless in solo Q as it is right now due to unorganized teams because it has longer range in general.
Possible spells would be: > Runic Ignite > Runic Teleport > Runic Heal > Runic Barrier > Runic Exhaust > Runic Cleanse > Runic Smite > Runic Flash > Runic Clarity > Runic Ghost > Runic Mark (Aram)
This would also bring a huge synergy with unsealed spellbook, wich would also limit Phase Rush's use, that is also a complaining point for those that have to face a good Ryze player. I know this can end up being broken too, and that it is a quite barebones idea for what it implies, but at least is something else than breaking Ryze's legs over and over so pros stop picking him due to his ult.
