Hextech Champion Crafting

I was sitting there last night and realized, hey rito should put the hex tech champion coin in the champion section it isn't that hard and would be nice. I think it promotes Hextech crafting to more people in lower levels doing this, because rather having to save more than 1700 IP a champ is kinda hard.
