Baarugon, The Chaotic Judicator (Darkin Ruler champion concept)

So the idea of this champion is that he is a darkin that literally broke out of his weapon, destroying it and his prison. He is a tall darkin, with a demonic face and horns pointing forward. P - Dire Fate: Baarugon gains extra AP or AD bonus damage adaptive to his highest damage stat, if there is more than one enemy champion in his vicinity. Q - Ascended Power: Press: Baarugon fires a wide wave of energy, pushing enemies back while slowing them. Held Key: Baarugon fires a beam of pure energy in the direction of the cursor, dealing damage to all enemies in the beam.

W - Fated Placement: Baarugon can pick up enemy monsters and minions of his choice and hold them for 4 seconds, while draining their health over time. If recasted, Baarugon sends the held monster or minion forward in a straight line, damaging and knocking back all enemies hit. If the ability is up to level 5, Baarugon can pick up enemy champions, but can only hold them for 2 seconds, yet the drain and the recast damage are much stronger.

He can have up to 4 at a time, but can hold up to 2 charges at a time. If he has reached the maximum amount of darkin warriors, he can cast e again and can direct them all to attack turrets, enemy champions, inhibitors, and even the nexus whenever they are open to be hit. You can only command them at one objective at a time. If they are not commanded, they will either continue pushing lane, or fighting minions (in other words, they act like minions). Darkin warriors take extra damage from turrets.

R - Sentence to Oblivion: Passive: Each of his abilities mark opponents with "Judged" if they damage them. "Judged" enemies will take extra damage and have their health drained by 10% of the damage taken. Active: Baarugon summons a mark of ascendant power on the ground for 2 seconds, which covers a wide area if maxed, large enough to fill a lane's width. After 2 seconds, the area will burst, dealing massive damage and stunning them for 2 seconds. If an enemy is below a certain amount of health, Baarugon can recast on only ONE target that was hit by the ability within 4 seconds after the ult was landed. If recasted on an enemy below a certain amount of health, it will instantly kill them, also draining 25% of their maximum health for Baarugon.
