Suggestion: Summoner icon names & description

It would be cool to have summoner icon names and description when selecting icons. I feel like that should be a part of the game as to see what a specific icon is supposed to represent or the actual name/release date/rarity/etc. of it is. Gives more of a incentive or pride in owning one that is exclusive.
