Client password authentication request

I am wondering Riot, is this something that you guys will implement soon? There seem to be a lot of security flaws and account jacking is rising. I have experienced someone login in my account and immediately changed my pass but i had this account since S1. It would be game over if i had to start allover again. Other companies already use authentication and other methods to keep account safer. Can you guys implement this? Even if you make it optional so people that don't desire to have this can opt out. Kinda like Google & Facebook does at their log in.

Riot has stated there working on a 2f authentication. As for details idk what itll be

Can we get a riot staff to give us a scoop on time, authentication details as what it would be or have planned? Some hope for the future i guess lol. And thanks for the reply. i dint know they were working on this.
