Voting on posts should only be allowed after opening the post.
Plenty of times I've seen posts with actual valid points being downvoted into oblivion based solely on the title. In fact, I feel comfortable saying it's something most of us who've posted a good deal have encountered at least once or twice, where you were trying to give your honest opinion on something with supported information but no one actually gave your post the time of day. They simply saw a post, "X champion suggested nerfs" and downvoted without even taking another second to hover over the post and read the first sentence.
So here is my solution, voting on a post should only be allowed after a post has actually been opened. Now I understand that doesn't at all guarantee people are going to start reading posts, but natural human curiosity is going to picking up reading text if that is what is thrown in front of its face. Even if it is just a tiny bit to understand where someone is coming from is appreciated.
Aside from that, I think everything else should remain completely normal. (TL:DR) When scrolling through Boards you should be able to still see what a post's voting is but not actually vote on the post until you've opened it yourself.
