True, but my point was that there's very little in your post to disagree with.

Say the CB team decided that this post was the best post ever, and they should ignore all other feedback and change Boards just based on what's in this post.

The only specific thing they'd know to do would be to add the ability to necro threads. Sure, they could make guesses about the things you don't like about reddit that are on this site (votes), but there's nothing specific there.

Believe it or not, the team working on this project really does want to give you the best experience possible - basically every change they made between the Community Beta and Boards was things that WE asked for.

My point is, based on this post, they're not going to know what you're asking for, so they can't make the boards any better for you.

That's why you're getting downvotes. Not only because people think you're wrong, but because the feedback currently isn't very useful. If I thought your feedback was useful, I'd upvote it even if I disagreed with it (this remains true - if you want to edit your OP to have specific complaints or suggestions in it, I'll reverse my downvote).

As an aside, I think I may have found a bug - could you let me know if you hit the "quote" button on my post, or if you copy-pasted my post that you replied to and added a > in front?
