My Boards Profile is Highly Inaccurate

For some reason, when you hover my name on a discussion, it shows my correct details (Lvl 30, NA, Gold Division, etc.) but then when I go to my actual profile page, it shows that my account is only Level 5, I have no ranked accolades, and it says that I haven't posted anything to the boards, which is incorrect. My profile icon is also wrong, I have the Urf Kench icon equipped in client, but it shows the Heartsplosion. What's up with that?
