Do Rioters only answer questions on the NA side of boards??
If so, that makes me sad...a little.

Tbh: Yea, I'm situated in Los Angeles and so I answer questions on the NA boards (which EU and OCE can access as well). I don't really feel comfortable going on the EU boards or any other boards just because it's a different environment, culture, etc, that I have near-zero context on.
Rioters don't have an 'assigned' anything when it comes to Boards or any other social media. It's why you'll see certain Rioters on Leddit and never the Boards for example. And since it's the NA office that does the game design and pretty much everything about the core game that info and news tends to pop up on the NA Boards if on any Board.
lel baconhawk peoples are peoples no difference much in culture there really O.o there are gms on eu boards though ^^ its actually time that riot removes the separate sections of boards.... its weird .-. there should be just 1 international boards ^^ it works just fine XD actually it works better O.O right now its dividing community .o. i also don't understand the separate servers i know publishers that have 1 server for everyone and everything is normal O.o without delay/lagg ^^
