Red Tracker

Really love this feature. However, the Help & Support board has been clogging it up a lot lately. don't get me wrong! It's great that those guys are doing a super good job of getting to everybody and helping them out with game issues. I just don't see any of the other red posts coming through. Would really like an option to sort by board category so I could see red responses on specific boards I am interested in.
