I've noticed over the past week that when I've come onto the boards that the first 10 or so topics have been immediately down voted to -1 even though they've only been on for about a minute. That's not a healthy experience on the boards because players often only look at pages that are up voted, or are still at 1.
Is there any possible way to fix this, such as only allowing people to vote once every minute so they can't spam.
I wouldn't say once per minute, because I will go through reading and easily give 5+ upvotes a minute. I would rather say that constant downvoting should flag you and give you warnings/remove voting privileges if you continue.

That wouldn't solve anything and the larger problem is that somehow you think there is no explanation other than meaningless spam for this.
We get posts around here that frequently consist of:
"*How to balance Champion X *"
"delete this piece of &$*# from the game"
But you think a post like this or of similar quality, which is going to show up at the top of one of only two tabs that update and may show threads that the reader hasn't already seen multiple times that day, will not be read in the few seconds it takes to do so, due to it's short length, and be fairly and appropriately voted on according to its quality and instead is only being voted on by spammers.
There are reasons posts get downvoted and it is not conspiracy.
Only way to truly "fix" this, is if they finally STOPPED with this reddit like nonsense and took off the Upvote/downvote system.
