report a player on forum ?

someone has sended me a phishing site who is in my friend list i have taken a screenshot of this and posted it on the forums

my post got deleted for sharing a phising site where do i post this screenshot so that this player can get his well deserved ban ?? i asume trying to let your leage friend login on a phising sites is ban worthy

ps its not a level 1 player its a level 30 who has spend time in his account like i have so i tend to take it kind of personaly
