Boards spammers
So ya I notice Riot's doing something about the people spamming 10 boards posts in the span of a minute but it would help if something was done to put a limit in place like maybe allow a maximum of 1 post per minute at least.

For someone who skims the "new" tab and responds to all of the small and offhand questions, this would be a bit of a hindrance to be limited.
