(Bug-Minor) My Updates Count Update Bug

Hi all, I hope this hasn't been reported yet and if it has I apologize.

I experienced an issue with the "My Updates" count not updating properly. It remained at 1 even after I viewed my updates. Here is exactly what I did:

• Noticed I had an update in the top right, clicked the "My Updates" link
• Read the comment that was replied to my comment I originally made
• Clicked "Show Parent" so I could get some context as to what that person was replying to
• Clicked "Go to Comment" so I could view the thread again
• When I arrived at the thread the count on "My Updates" at the top had not been reset to '0' even though I viewed that update
• Note: The thread opened in the same tab as I was viewing my Updates in, so it couldn't have been me just having 2 tabs open (which I didn't anyways)
• I clicked the "My Updates" link again and it properly removed the bug from my counter

TL;DR

Problem: I clicked to go to the comment that was replying to a comment I previously made, and once arriving at the thread my "My Updates" counter did not properly update to 0 after viewing that update.

Solution: If a user clicks to to go a comment from their "My Updates" list remove that update from the "My Updates" list and the counter.
