You can probably just delete the "comment=000012253" part at the end of the url. I'll give it a shot.

You can either click "go to comment" and delete the "?comment=#####" or just click the thread's name on your comment.

How do you make a link form a thread ? I'd like to link the whole thread not just a comment. As in if I want to link a thread to a discussion in a different part of the board. If anyone can explain this to me like I am a newbie, that would be great.

Maybe obviously or maybe not, you can include a link to another thread just by copying the link, like this thread is http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/site-feedback/nd88YHbT-a-how-to-question

I appreciate the help but ...I couldn't make it work that way..I used to know how to do this on other boards ( like not lol). I just can't seem to do it here :) I know I am missing something but I'm not sure what hahaha

Don't be, it's an easy thing to not notice due to the URL graft that happens when comments are permalinked. :)
