I was joking around a bit ago and posted asking for "a little Love" from a Red...Riot FrostHaven responded and really made a huge difference for me..Hang on a few sentences and let me explain please? :))

My Mom came into my room about 3 weeks ago and said something was wrong...I turned on my light to find she was bleeding from her EYE !!! I called 911 and she spent 10 days in CCare unit. She has not been well for a while, but now I spend a great deal of time taking care of her...

I spend my free time playing this game ( I have an old PC and lots of lag )...so I spend more time here on the forums !!

I just want to Thank Frost and the rest of Riot for being a compassionate company and to let all the Reds out there know that Sometimes a little goes a long way...It has for me..

Thanks much..She's a tough old bird :) She even tries to watch and understand this game haha . She's 79 and she even watches football with me which she hates !

I wanted to bump this: not for posts or such....Simply want to remind people here and any random Rioters that sometimes it's the small stuff that can make a difference...

I understand that No one could know my current circumstance, nor would be able to predict that it helped me have a better time of it...Just that someone took a min. to make a random 'Nice' post....Ty !

I know what it's like to have to take care of a relative, albeit for different reasons I won't go into... so you have my sympathies.

On the plus side, the time together seems to have brought you closer, so there's a silver lining there somewhere.

Not sure how I missed this post...but you also have my sympathies :)

I didn't have to leave a game to take care of her YET ! I tell here when I am about to play and try to time things to fit..

Also, even if I got a LB once for an emergency with her I never leave a game intentionally. So, I hope that's enough not to get into trouble lol. It does bring to light some things though..

I recently bought a new pc expecting that it would solve my lag problems (among other issue with old pc). It did Not in fact help at all: instead of 72-76 reg. ping it's now in mid 90's ? I'm rather confused. I am still stuck playing custom or if I'm brave a bot game or 2 haha. I can play with this amount of ping it's the spikes and occasionally short DC's that is the problem and of course being afraid to get LB penalty.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful for your time..Have a nice day all !!
